Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within the following timeframes after payment is confirmed:
- Posters & prints — 3 to 5 business days.
- Framed & canvas prints — 5 to 7 business days due to additional preparation and quality checks.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays with your order.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard shipping — 5 to 10 business days after processing. This is our most affordable option.
- Express shipping — 2 to 4 business days after processing. Available at an additional cost calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and are displayed at checkout before payment.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10 to 21 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Wall of Travel has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing an international order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within the expected processing time, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A description of the damage.
- Clear photographs showing the damaged item and packaging.
Once we verify the damage, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
