Return Policy
At Wall of Travel, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all physical items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on our website, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been altered, mounted, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom orders — personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with the following details:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Clear photographs of the item showing any damage or defects.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization from us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or variant, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as initiating a return and let us know which product or variant you would like instead. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. You will not be required to return the damaged item in most cases.
